How we handle your personal data

This website has no contact forms and requires no registration: simply browsing leaves us no identifying data. As with any website, the hosting provider's server automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) in system logs, used solely for security and the correct operation of the service.
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or call us, we will process the data you provide (name, contact details and the content of your message) solely to reply to you and arrange the activity you requested. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at your request.
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you allow it through the banner. Without consent no analytics cookie is installed and no request is sent to Google's servers. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
Some pages embed external content: YouTube videos (in no-tracking-cookie mode) and, in the photo gallery, an Instagram widget provided by Elfsight. These services may collect technical data about your connection under their own policies. Social and WhatsApp buttons are plain links: no data is sent until you use them.
Data may be processed by the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) and, for statistics and embedded content only, by Google Ireland Ltd. and Elfsight. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the service is operated by Meta. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the EU on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Messages and contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet the resulting tax and insurance obligations. Google Analytics statistical data is retained in aggregate form according to the platform settings.
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and obtain data portability.
